About Us

CDT Systems SMC Ltd (Cyber Dynamic Technologies) is a growing technology company specializing in the supply of computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment, CCTV systems, software solutions, and IT services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
– Record daily financial transactions accurately.
– Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and receipts.
– Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
– Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
– Process statutory payments and support tax compliance.
– Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
– Support internal and external audits.
– Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– CPA Level II or ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
– At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Sage.
– Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
– High level of integrity and attention to detail.
